1. Our store and your product

These terms apply to purchases from lsworld.xyz. Before ordering, check the product’s exact edition, release, platform, device or user allowance, activation method and licence duration. Products with similar names can have different requirements. Contact us before ordering if an essential condition is unclear.

The applicable manufacturer’s licence terms and mandatory law govern use of third-party software. Buying an activation key does not create rights beyond the licence supplied. Retail, OEM, Education, volume-licence and subscription offers must be assessed according to their own conditions.

2. Ordering and payment

Your order identifies the selected products and quantities. Check your email address and billing details before paying. The payment methods actually available to you are shown at checkout. Do not send payment-card details or passwords to our support email.

The store’s base catalogue is in EUR. Shopify Markets can display and charge in a supported local currency. Review the currency, applicable taxes, discounts and final total shown before payment. A manufacturer reference price is not a former LSWORLD selling price.

3. Digital delivery

Products described as digital are supplied electronically. After payment confirmation, the delivery email provides the licence or access details and the relevant installation and activation instructions. Illustrative software-box images do not mean a physical parcel is included.

An estimated delivery time is subject to payment confirmation and successful processing. If your email is missing, check Spam and contact us with your order number. This does not limit your rights if we fail to supply the product as agreed.

4. Installation, support and conformity

Use the installer and activation method for the edition purchased. Back up important files before changing your system. If something fails, send us the order number, installed edition, exact error code and a screenshot, keeping the full key and other private information out of public messages.

Mandatory consumer remedies for failure to supply or lack of conformity remain available. Where the legal conditions apply, these can include bringing the product into conformity without charge, a proportionate price reduction or termination and a refund. Digital delivery does not remove these rights.

5. Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for a distance contract, subject to the applicable statutory rules. For paid digital content supplied without a tangible medium, loss of that right requires the legal conditions to be met, including prior express consent to early supply, acknowledgement of the loss of the right and the required confirmation. Placing an order, receiving an email or merely viewing this policy is not, by itself, that express consent.

Our Returns and refunds policy explains how to contact us and exercise applicable rights. Business purchases are subject to the agreed terms and applicable law; statutory consumer protections apply where you qualify as a consumer.

6. Intellectual property

Microsoft and other publishers retain their rights in their software, trademarks and product artwork. LS TIMBER S.R.L. does not claim ownership of those rights. Rights in LSWORLD’s own branding and original site material remain with their respective owners. No manufacturer endorsement or authorised-reseller status is implied by a product listing.

7. Privacy and complaints

8. Applicable law and changes

Romanian law applies without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law applicable to their purchase. Jurisdiction follows the applicable mandatory rules; these terms do not impose exclusive Romanian jurisdiction on every consumer.

Changes published on this page apply prospectively and do not remove rights arising under an existing purchase or mandatory law.
