Digital delivery by email
Digital software products are delivered electronically to the email address entered at checkout after payment confirmation. Your delivery message contains the licence or access details and the instructions appropriate to the edition purchased.
Check the edition, platform, duration and device allowance on the product page before ordering. A product illustration showing a software box is a visual representation; it does not include a physical box or USB drive unless the offer expressly says so.
Delivery timing
The normal workflow is automatic delivery after payment confirmation. Any time shown in the cart is an estimate, not a promise that processing has already completed. Payment checks and technical problems can delay the message. Your rights for failure to supply remain unaffected.
If the email has not arrived
- Check your inbox, Spam, Junk and Promotions folders.
- Check the order’s payment status and the email address used at checkout.
- Contact info@lsworld.xyz with your order number so we can investigate safely.
Do not send us your payment-card details or account password. We do not charge physical shipping for an exclusively digital order. The final price and applicable taxes are shown before payment.
