Choose the exact edition

Windows Home, Pro, Enterprise and Education are different editions. Office Home, Home & Business, Professional Plus and LTSC editions also have distinct installation and licensing requirements. A product name or successful activation does not establish every permitted use.

Read the licence conditions

Check the licence type, supported platform, device or user allowance, duration and activation method for the offer you buy. OEM, Retail, Education, volume licensing and subscriptions are not interchangeable. Hardware changes, transfer and renewal depend on the applicable terms and law. Education and volume products can have eligibility or agreement requirements.

The publisher’s licence terms are available from the publisher. For Microsoft products, start with Microsoft Software Licence Terms and, where applicable, the relevant commercial agreement or Product Terms.

Delivery and help

Your digital delivery email should include the licence or access details and the installation and activation instructions for the purchased edition. Ask us before ordering if you need confirmation of a particular use, transfer condition or document. If there is an activation problem, send your order number and exact error message.

Documents and publisher rights

The seller is LS TIMBER S.R.L. The publisher retains its software and trademark rights. An activation count, key checker result or marketplace listing is not, on its own, evidence of the underlying licence rights. Any statement about a specific supply chain or authorised status must be supported by the relevant documents.
