If you completed a purchase and have not received your digital download email within 15 minutes:
1. Check your Spam / Junk Folder: Automated confirmation emails can occasionally be filtered into spam or promotions folders by your email provider.
2. Verify Payment Status: Ensure that your payment through credit card, Klarna, or another payment processor went through successfully.
3. Contact Us: If you still cannot find your download link, send an email to ls.timber.srl@gmail.com with your order number and purchase details. Our support team will manually re-send your download link or issue direct file access within 24 hours.
