1. Withdrawal from a distance purchase
If you are a consumer and have a statutory right to withdraw, you can notify us within the applicable 14-day period. For paid digital content supplied without a tangible medium, the right is lost only when all statutory conditions for early supply and acknowledgement have been met and the required confirmation has been provided. We do not treat digital delivery alone as an automatic waiver.
You may write to info@lsworld.xyz with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Include your name, order number, order date and contact email. You do not have to use a particular subject line or our optional form.
2. Missing, defective or incorrectly described products
Contact us if delivery is missing, the product does not match the agreed description or activation fails. Send the exact error code, installed edition and a screenshot where possible. Support checks help identify the issue; they do not replace or remove your legal rights.
Where the statutory conditions apply, we will provide the appropriate remedy: bringing the product into conformity without charge, a proportionate price reduction or termination with a refund. A general “no refunds for digital keys” restriction does not override mandatory consumer law.
3. Refund processing
Refunds owed under applicable law are processed without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, normally through the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without additional cost to you. The time for your payment provider to display the funds can differ.
4. Optional withdrawal notice

This policy concerns purchases from lsworld.xyz. Purchases through a marketplace must also follow that marketplace’s order and payment process, without limiting the applicable legal rights.
